VAT & Pricing Transparency

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable, in accordance with UK tax regulations. Orders placed within the United Kingdom will include VAT in the final price shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to update our pricing to reflect changes in tax rates or legal requirements. Any such changes will be clearly communicated on the website prior to checkout.

We offer tracked delivery on all orders and ensure each piece is carefully packaged and protected in transit.

All Naturelle Beauty Co. orders are made to order.
Please allow 10–15 working days for production and dispatch. 

Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email.

Shipping to the UK

Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days via Royal Mail once your order has been dispatched.

All UK orders include 20% VAT, which is already reflected in the product price.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Shipping to the United States

We ship to the U.S. via tracked international delivery.

Delivery typically takes 3-6 working days from dispatch, depending on service level.

Orders over £700 qualify for complimentary shipping.

Duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout (DDP) – no additional fees will be due on delivery. 

Shipping to Canada 

We ship to Canada via tracked international delivery.

Delivery typically takes 1-5  working days from dispatch.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and paid at checkout (DDP) – no additional fees will be due on delivery. 

Shipping to the European Union

We offer tracked delivery to select European Union countries.

Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days from dispatch.

Orders over £600 qualify for complimentary shipping.

Rest of the World 

We currently  ship to selected international destinations. 

Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout.

We are confident you’ll love our luxury hair extensions. However, we recognise the importance of flexible returns in line with your statutory rights.

Your Right to Return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return.

Hygiene Notice

Due to the nature of hair extensions being a hygiene product, we are only able to accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
  • All hygiene tags and security seals remain intact

We cannot accept returns if the product has been worn, tried on, altered, or tampered with.

Faulty Products

If you believe your product is faulty (e.g., poor weft construction), please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Our customer care team will assess the fault in line with our internal quality standards. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

To initiate a return or file a fault claim, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and clear images of the issue.

 

To protect the longevity and quality of your luxury extensions, we recommend the following:

  • Wash gently with moisturising shampoo and conditioner. 

  • Brush regularly using a wide-tooth comb, paddle brush or soft-bristle brush. Always brush from ends to roots.

  • Style safely with low-heat tools and a heat protectant spray.

  • Sleep smart by braiding extensions or tying them loosely before bed; use a silk or satin bonnet, headscarf, or pillowcase.

  • Store properly in original packaging or a breathable storage bag in a dry, cool place.

Caring for your hair extensions properly ensures they remain soft, manageable, and beautiful.
