VAT & Pricing Transparency
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable, in accordance with UK tax regulations. Orders placed within the United Kingdom will include VAT in the final price shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to update our pricing to reflect changes in tax rates or legal requirements. Any such changes will be clearly communicated on the website prior to checkout.
SHIPPING
We offer tracked delivery on all orders, and we take care to ensure your products are well-packaged and protected in transit.
All Naturelle Beauty orders are prepared and shipped from the United Kingdom. Each piece is made to order and carefully inspected to meet our quality standards. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Once dispatched, your Royal Mail tracking number will be sent directly to your inbox.

Shipping to the UK
Delivery within the U.K. typically takes 1-3 business days via Royal Mail Tracked once your order has been dispatched.
All U.K. orders include 20% VAT, already reflected in the product price.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on parcel weight and value.
Shipping to the United States
We ship to the U.S. via DHL Tracked Delivery.
Delivery typically takes 4-9 business days from dispatch, depending on service level and destination.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 15 business days.
We offer a flat international shipping rate of £25.
Imporant: US orders are not charged VAT. Import duties or taxes may be applied by U.S. Customs based on local regulations and parcel value. These charges are not collected at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada via DHL Tracked Delivery.
Delivery typically takes 4-9 business days from dispatch.
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 15 business days.
Shipping is offered at a flat rate of £25.
Please note: Canada applies GST/HST and a standard handling fee (typically around $9.95 CAD) to most international imports. These charges are administered by Canada Post upon delivery and are not included at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes assessed by their local customs authority.
Shipping to the European Union
We offer international delivery to select European Union countries via DHL Tracked Delivery.
Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days from dispatch, depending on destination.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, with complimentary EU delivery on orders over £650.
International orders may be subject to local taxes and duties which are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to the Rest of the World
At this time, we ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and select European Union countries.
RETURNS
We are confident you’ll love our luxury hair extensions. However, we recognise the importance of flexible returns in line with your statutory rights.
Your Right to Return
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return.
Hygiene Notice
Due to the nature of hair extensions being a hygiene product, we are only able to accept returns if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- All hygiene tags and security seals remain intact
We cannot accept returns if the product has been worn, tried on, altered, or tampered with.
Faulty Products
If you believe your product is faulty (e.g., poor weft construction), please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Our customer care team will assess the fault in line with our internal quality standards. If confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

HAIR EXTENSION CARE GUIDE
To protect the longevity and quality of your luxury extensions, we recommend the following:
Wash gently with moisturising shampoo and conditioner.
Brush regularly using a wide-tooth comb, paddle brush or soft-bristle brush. Always brush from ends to roots.
Style safely with low-heat tools and a heat protectant spray.
Sleep smart by braiding extensions or tying them loosely before bed; use a silk or satin bonnet, headscarf, or pillowcase.
Store properly in original packaging or a breathable storage bag in a dry, cool place.
Caring for your hair extensions properly ensures they remain soft, manageable, and beautiful.
